Memoriał Wiesława Maniaka

On August 6, 2025, Szczecin will host top athletes from around the globe at the 8th International Wiesław Maniak Memorial. Held at the Athletics Stadium on Litewska Street, the event is part of the prestigious World Athletics Continental Tour Bronze Level Meetings.

Among the stars confirmed are Piotr Lisek, one of the world’s top pole vaulters, as well as Canadian sprint talents Brandon Rodney, a three-time Olympic medalist, and Sade McCreath. The starting list is growing as more athletes confirm their participation.

Tickets are on sale now online. Promotional prices are valid until Sunday, July 20: standard tickets at 30 PLN and reduced tickets at 20 PLN. From July 21, prices rise to 40 PLN and 25 PLN. Reduced tickets are available for students, pensioners, persons with disabilities and their caretakers.

Christening of the Ferry Jantar Unity in Szczecin – A Weekend of Excitement

This weekend, maritime enthusiasts and local event goers are heading to Szczecin. On Saturday, January 17, the riverfront will host the official christening of the new ferry Jantar Unity.
