The ice rink next to Netto Arena is starting the new season. Work has begun on ul. Szafera. The ice rink, with an impressive size of almost 1000 square meters, will be in operation from November 24 to February 18 and can accommodate up to 130 skaters at a time. It will be open seven days a week, including during the Christmas and winter vacations.

The ice skating paradise will be equipped with a skate rental station and changing rooms. For maximum convenience, the rink will also have electronic timing so that visitors can use their time on the ice down to the minute and take a break at any time. Individual tickets, group tickets and season passes will be available. Individual tickets are valid for 60 minutes.

Weekdays

Monday to Thursday: 16:00-21:00 (19:00-19:30 break for cleaning the track)

Friday: 16:00-22:00 (19:00-19:30 break for cleaning the track)

Weekends

Saturday to Sunday: 10:00-22:00 (13:00-13:30, 16:00-16:30 and 19:00-19:30 break to clean the track)

Żagle 2026 begins in Szczecin: a weekend under sail

Szczecin is setting sail again. On Friday, August 14, Żagle 2026 – Żeglarski Szczecin Zaprasza, one of the city's major summer events, gets underway. Until Sunday, August 16, Szczecin's waterfront will be filled with sailing ships, crews and visitors looking to experience the city's maritime atmosphere. Vessels moored on both sides of the Oder will open their decks to residents and tourists.

Szczecin Welcomes the Tall Ships – Żagle 2026 Starts on 14 August

Szczecin’s waterfront is filling with masts, and the atmosphere of a major sailing festival can already be felt along the Oder River. More vessels are arriving in the city to take part in Żagle 2026, which begins on Friday, 14 August, and continues until Sunday, 16 August. Organisers are expecting dozens of vessels from around the world, while admission to the main attractions is free.

Żagle is getting closer! Freedom is already moored at Nabrzeże Starówka, with more vessels set to arrive in Szczecin over the coming days. Welcoming the sailing ships is one of the most eagerly awaited moments of the event – with each new arrival, Szczecin’s waterfront will take on an increasingly unique maritime atmosphere.
