Historic tram returns to Szczecin. Tourist Line "0" is back

Szczecin's popular Tourist Tram Line "0" is back for the summer season, offering both visitors and locals the chance to explore the city aboard beautifully preserved historic trams. It is one of the city's most distinctive attractions and a great way to experience Szczecin from a different perspective.

The route passes many of Szczecin's best-known landmarks, including Brama Portowa, Plac Żołnierza Polskiego, the Philharmonic Hall, Wały Chrobrego, the former shipyard area, Aleja Wojska Polskiego and Plac Grunwaldzki. The journey combines sightseeing with the charm of vintage public transport.

Tourist tickets cost PLN 5 for adults and PLN 3.70 for reduced fares. Tickets are available directly from the conductor on board, while the timetable can be found on the official city and public transport websites.

For anyone visiting Szczecin this summer, Tourist Line "0" is an enjoyable way to discover the city's landmarks while travelling on historic rolling stock rarely seen in regular service.

Żagle 2026 begins in Szczecin: a weekend under sail

Szczecin is setting sail again. On Friday, August 14, Żagle 2026 – Żeglarski Szczecin Zaprasza, one of the city's major summer events, gets underway. Until Sunday, August 16, Szczecin's waterfront will be filled with sailing ships, crews and visitors looking to experience the city's maritime atmosphere. Szczecin Welcomes the Tall Ships – Żagle 2026 Starts on 14 August

Szczecin’s waterfront is filling with masts, and the atmosphere of a major sailing festival can already be felt along the Oder River. More vessels are arriving in the city to take part in Żagle 2026, which begins on Friday, 14 August, and continues until Sunday, 16 August. Organisers are expecting dozens of vessels from around the world, while admission to the main attractions is free.
