Tall Ships Races

Kiel, Turku, Tallinn and Szczecin – these are the cities that will host the regatta in 2028. The Tall Ships will begin their competition in Kiel, then set sail across the Baltic Sea to take part in two races and a Friendship Cruise, with the grand finale once again held in Szczecin.

Szczecin hosted the regatta finals in 2007, 2013, 2017 and 2024 – each time attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors from around the world.

Preparations are already underway – today and tomorrow the host cities are meeting at a conference organised by Sail Training International to officially begin the countdown to this exceptional celebration of sailing.

First crocuses appear in Szczecin. Spring slowly arrives at Jasne Błonia

The first crocuses have appeared at Jasne Błonia and near Wały Chrobrego in Szczecin. While they are still only scattered flowers rather than the famous purple carpets, locals already recognize the sign – spring is beginning to take over the city.
