According to Eurostat data, Poland ranked second in Europe in terms of tourism growth rate, with Szczecin emerging as the national leader, recording an increase of over 10% in the number of tourists.

According to data from Selectivv, in 2025 Szczecin was visited by approximately 1.3 million tourists who spent at least one night in the city.

This represents nearly 200,000 more visitors than in 2024, confirming the city’s growing popularity as an attractive tourist destination.

The dynamic increase in interest in Szczecin is no coincidence. The city offers a rich and diverse tourism portfolio, combining the advantages of a major urban centre with spaces conducive to relaxation. Its distinctive, Paris-inspired urban layout, wide avenues, numerous parks and extensive green areas make Szczecin a city that is equally well suited for sightseeing and leisure.

Rising statistics confirm that Szczecin is steadily strengthening its position on the tourist map of Poland and Europe, attracting an ever-growing number of visitors.
