Green tiles, red brick, and finely restored carpentry details – one of Szczecin’s villa gems in the historic Westend district shines once again. The villa at 20 Królowej Korony Polskiej Street has just undergone a full renovation.

Built between 1872 and 1875, the residence is a prime example of villa architecture from a time when Łękno and Pogodno were developing into a prestigious residential area. With its sundial featuring a basilisk motif, the restored villa proudly reclaims its place among the city’s architectural highlights.

Take a stroll through the neighborhood, especially in autumn – when the leaves fall, the intricate details of these historic homes reveal themselves beautifully.
