New Parking Rules in Szczecin’s City Center Starting May 1, 2025

New Central Paid Parking Zone (ŚSPP)

As of May 1, 2025, Szczecin has introduced a new Central Paid Parking Zone (ŚSPP), covering the historic part of the city. This zone includes streets such as Farna, Grodzka, Koński Kierat, Korsarzy, Księcia Mściwoja II, Kuśnierska, Łaziebna, Mariacka, Panieńska, Rycerska, Środowa, Tkacka, Wielka Odrzańska, and Wielka Rybacka.
Parking in this zone is paid every day of the week between 8 AM and 10 PM. A special, higher rate applies within this area. Full details about the changes and new parking regulations are available at: spp.szczecin.pl

New Rates and Expanded Paid Parking Area

The changes include a new pricing system for the ŚSPP. Detailed information on the new rates can be found on the official website of Szczecin’s Paid Parking Zone.
Additionally, the parking zone itself has been expanded to include:

  • a section of Montwiłła Street near the Polish Theatre,
  • the stretch of Ku Słońcu Street between Pilecki Roundabout and the Main Gate of the Central Cemetery,
  • Zbożowa Street on the Łasztownia island.

Furthermore, the coverage of the red (higher rate) zone across the entire paid parking area has been increased.
