Children’s hospital building.

Szpital Dziecięcy
Szpital Dziecięcy

A group of buildings erected in the years 1893-1894 for the Obstetric Institute, extended in 1904 and 1924 when one floor was added to the building and its side wings expanded. In 1932, the hospital was transferred to a modern building located on Piotra Skargi Street (currently the Military Hospital). In 1953, with the wartime damage repaired, a children’s hospital and then specialist outpatient centres were opened in the building.
